1. How do I make payment?
Currently I am only accepting direct bank-in or online transfer to my Maybank account. Details will be sent to your email upon confirmation of order. Credit card payment coming soon…
2. Where do you ship the items?
For now, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia only. Buyer from other countries please send me an email if interested to order.
3. What’s the different between buying the tutus in the shop and custom made?
The tutus showcased in the shop are ready stock (waist can be adjusted a little), just waiting for a buyer and it will be shipped right away. Custom made is made upon request, you can choose the color, waist size, length and design to suit your princess. (Custom made takes about 5-6 days before we ship the items to you.)
4. How do you deliver the tutus?
All tutus will be delivered in a box. Upon receiving your package, gently comb the strands of the tutu with your hand, fluff it a bit and hang on a hanger!
5. Shipping
We use standard PosLaju to ship our tutus within Malaysia and PosDaftar to Singapore and Indonesia. You can check the shipment status by going to Pos Malaysia website: http://www.pos.com.my and keying in the tracking ID here.
6. Returns & cancellations
We cannot accept any returns or cancellations once payment has been made or items has been shipped.. We will help you with your sizing to make sure it’s perfect! (That’s why it’s best if you could measure your lil’ princess waist before ordering.)
