1. How do I make payment?
Full payment must be made upon confirmation of order. Currently we only accept direct bank-in or online transfer to Maybank account. Bank-in details will be sent to your email upon confirmation of your order. Strictly NO COD or self-pickups.
2. Where do you ship the items?
For now, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia only. Buyer from other countries please send me an email if interested to order. Again, we DO NOT do pick-ups or COD.
3. Do you sell other stuff besides the tutu skirt?
Yes, other than the tutu skirt, we also sell matching headbands, tulle puff wand and fairy wings (depends on stock availability) upon request. These items are sold separately. However, we DO NOT SELL matching tops or tights/leggings.
4. What’s the different between buying the tutus in the shop and custom made?
The tutus showcased in the shop are ready stock (waist can be adjusted a little), just waiting for a buyer and it will be shipped right away. Custom made is made upon request, you can choose the color, waist size, length and design to suit your princess. (Custom made takes about 5-6 days before we ship the items to you.)
5. How do you deliver the tutus?
All tutus will be delivered in a box. Upon receiving your package, gently comb the strands of the tutu with your fingers, fluff it a bit and hang on a hanger!
6. What is the tutu made of?
Our tutu is made out of soft tulle material (kain net). If you worry if your baby is too young or has sensitive skin, you might want to buy some tights or leggings to wear it with.
7. Are tutu the same with pettiskirts?
No, it is not. Our tutu are no-sew tutu made out of soft tulle. Pettiskirts are made out of nylon chiffon which is sewn together. And we DO NOT SELL pettiskirts.
8. Shipping
We use standard PosLaju to ship our tutus within Malaysia and PosDaftar to Singapore and Indonesia. You can check the shipment status by going to Pos Malaysia website: http://www.pos.com.my and keying in the tracking ID here.
9. Returns & cancellations
We cannot accept any returns or cancellations once payment has been made or items has been shipped.. We will help you with your sizing to make sure it’s perfect! (That’s why it’s best if you could measure your lil’ princess waist before ordering.)
10. Do you have ready stock tutus?
No, we DO NOT have any ready stock tutus (unless stated). All tutus are made upon receiving order.
